Terms of Service

Customers must use CodeWeld services for lawful business, technical, administrative, and operational purposes only.

Users may not reverse engineer service materials, interfere with availability, upload unlawful content, or attempt unauthorized access to another account or system.

Paid services use the fixed one-time prices shown on the pricing page or a separately signed custom order. Fees and delivery terms are presented before work begins.

Unless an order states otherwise, invoices are due on the stated date, prices exclude applicable taxes, and approved third-party costs are charged separately. Late or disputed payments may pause delivery after reasonable notice.

Customers must provide accurate ownership, control, authority, identity, billing, and source-of-funds information when reasonably requested. CodeWeld may perform risk-based KYC, beneficial-owner, sanctions, and politically exposed person checks before or during a relationship.

CodeWeld will not knowingly accept funds or instructions connected with crime, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, bribery, fraud, or prohibited jurisdictions. We may delay, reject, suspend, or terminate work, freeze a transaction where legally required, and report concerns to a competent authority without notice where disclosure is prohibited.

Customers retain ownership of their business data, integration requirements, system documentation, credentials, and uploaded operational materials.

CodeWeld retains ownership of its delivery methods, design, reusable workflows, software templates, documentation, and brand assets unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

Each party must protect the other party’s confidential information. Customers must provide lawful data, secure credentials, authorized access, accurate instructions, timely approvals, backups, and a suitable testing environment.

CodeWeld may process customer personal data under a separate data-processing agreement where required. Security incidents affecting customer data will be handled under applicable law and agreed procedures.

CodeWeld provides technical implementation and decision support; customers remain responsible for business decisions, legal use of connected systems, and final deployment approval. Any warranty, liability cap, indemnity, cancellation right, or refund rule is stated in the applicable order or mandatory law.

Either party may terminate as stated in the relevant order; material breach, unlawful use, sanctions exposure, or failure to pass required verification may justify suspension or termination. Polish law governs unless mandatory law or a signed agreement requires otherwise; disputes are handled by the competent Polish courts.
